Delivering quality means meeting or exceeding customer’s requirements and expectations – first time, every time. But organizations that have quality issues or are ineffectively applying quality improvement methods may fall short of their quality goals.
This workshop introduces a five-step process for identifying and solving problems that affect quality within an organization. Each step – Focus, Analyze, Develop, Execute, and Evaluate – employs tools, such as data gathering, cause/effect diagrams, return on investment analysis, and more. Combining the process and the tools will give participants a powerful strategy for addressing quality issues in their organization.
