Project management abilities are among the most sought after skill sets by professionals and by employers. Skilled project managers are in high demand. You’ll acquire a powerful set of project tools and then collaborate with team members to use these tools. You’ll leave with a thorough understanding of a project manager’s role in creating a project plan and following it through to successful completion. You will gain: an understanding of the roles of project manager and the project team; an ability to generate sound estimates of the effort and duration of current projects; an ability to create a reliable project plan including Work Breakdown Structure; and an ability to identify project risks and communicate progress towards your goals.
