This one day course will provide participants with the tools they need to develop and manage a project from inception to conclusion. This includes knowing how to plan and estimate your work, sequence activities, evaluate progress and obstacles, and collaborate with staff and stakeholders to get the job done. This training is an accessible program that quickly brings you up to speed on ways to get the most out of your own workplace projects.
This course includes interactive learning. You’ll acquire a powerful set of project tools and then collaborate with team members to use these tools to plan, estimate, manage and report on your projects. To ensure a realistic learning environment actual workplace or personal projects will be utilized. You’ll leave with a thorough understanding of a project manager’s role in creating a project plan and following it through to successful completion.
