How You Can Help
The PDC is a 501C3 non-profit corporation and relies on the generosity of friends and benefactors to make sure we can provide quality training with very low cost to participants. We gratefully accept donations in a variety of forms.
Your support will make it possible for professionals in transition to learn new skills, enabling them to land their next position. A donation from you will help us help them get back to work.Here are a few specific ways that you can help the PDC:
Alternative Training locations:
We are looking for low cost, accessible training locations along Route 128 with room for classroom style seating for 30 and WIFI. Built-in audio-visual a plus.
Training Equipment
In order to bring up-to-date training and promote the PDC workshops we are looking for the following:
- 14 or more PC’s to go with 14 flat computer screens donated to PDC.
- Laptop computers.
- Portable folding screen.
- Up to date LCD panel projector.
- High quality video camera.
- Videography services.
- Tri-fold for table top (2’x3’).
Office Needs
- Color laser copier
- Laser printer
- Small wheeling cart for moving heavy books/ boxes/equipment
- Dry-erase boards
Cash Cash donations are the easiest and quickest way to help PDC. Funding from cash donations covers the cost of trainers, workshop locations, hardware and software, as well as operational expenses such as supplies, website and meeting costs.

Technology and Equipment Just got a new laptop and still have your old one? Don't send it to the recycling center- donate it to the PDC! We need all kinds of technology and equipment, particularly laptops and software, so if you don't use it anymore, we will.
Time and Expertise The PDC is largely staffed by volunteers, so if you think you can help us, please consider donating your time and efforts. Our courses our presented by subject matter experts , so if you have a technology or business interest area that you think would be a great PDC course, please let us know.
